We currently have our free ‘FUTURES’ program in which we focus on providing support to black women working in the camera department, from trainee and assistant level upwards.

Part of the program involves mentoring, training workshops, producing BTS reels, shadowing Cinematographers and providing a space for our FUTURES on our website. We also help to distribute their CV’s and handle/forward any inquiries.

One of our ‘futures’, Samara Addai, who had camera trainee credits in BBC and Netflix dramas and is now a 2nd AC, comments:

‘Seeing black representation in myself and so many others I know and grew up with, I had never felt safer on a set.’
